Are you aware of Germania stamps overprinted BRZESC with a crown and post horn? What is it?

      Hi Steve
      Welcome to DCStamps.
BRZESC is the Polish name for Brest, a city in today’s Belarus. I haven’t heard about any such overprints so most likely they were locally applied. I would suggest that you contact “PostmasterGS” who runs the site http://germanstamps.net/ and frequents most of the stamp boards. He is my goto guy for any tough Germany questions I have.
      Good Luck
      Michael
